Brand Overhaul

Before even planning the code architecture, it was clear that HomeShield Direct needed a brand that better reflected their people-first values, and fostered trust in an older, generally less tech-savvy audience.


Powerful PWA & Salesforce Integration

Hidden within the consumer-facing site is a progressive web app which allows for white-labeled reselling via select partners. A dynamic pricing model calculates costs in real-time based on data received via third-party APIs, and automatically imports new sales and leads to Salesforce.

Recruitment Tools

For a company growing as quickly and consistently as HomeShield Direct, staffing is an ongoing challenge. We developed a proprietary intake funnel that integrates with their existing CRM, allowing management to prequalify potential candidates and schedule video interviews for promising applicants.

No-code Updates

Knowing the need for ongoing service updates and copy changes to meet the UK's ever-changing regulatory ecosystem, we implemented custom fields throughout the site. This allows HomeShield Direct administrators to make tweaks to images and text throughout the site and PWA without having to touch a single line of code.
