Poster Compliance Center (PCC) is one of the nation’s most recognized providers of labor law compliance solutions. Over time, the company had built multiple systems to serve its growing base of corporate and enterprise clients, including eComply and VCG - two platforms with overlapping functionality and independent databases. As customer needs evolved, this dual-system structure created friction: users faced redundant logins, inconsistent access to compliance notices, and limited visibility into their account activity. Internally, the lack of integration between PCC’s web platforms and Microsoft Dynamics CRM increased administrative overhead and delayed client communication.

Engagement
Atlantic Zero was engaged to deliver a consultancy-led integration project that merged these disparate systems into one cohesive, accessible, and future-ready platform. We began with a deep discovery process, working with PCC’s compliance officers, IT teams, and product managers to document user requirements, operational workflows, and technical dependencies.
Our consultants defined a phased integration strategy guided by two principles: accessibility and governance. We established information hierarchies that mapped user roles (admins and general users) to distinct levels of system access while maintaining compliance with ADA standards. The new platform was architected with a modular design, enabling administrators to manage state-by-state notices, upload compliance documentation, and issue certificates of compliance - all within a single environment.
To enhance communication and transparency, the platform integrated directly with Microsoft Dynamics CRM for automated email notifications and document tracking. We also embedded a live chat system connected to customer service workflows, ensuring immediate support for compliance-related queries. Throughout development, Atlantic Zero’s focus remained on designing for inclusivity - creating a digital product that was equally functional for all users, regardless of ability or technical literacy.
Outcome
The consolidated PCC platform became a central hub for all compliance activity. Customers could now manage their subscriptions, access documents, and receive updates from one secure, ADA-compliant interface. Administrators benefited from reduced manual data entry, real-time synchronization with CRM records, and simplified reporting. Beyond technical improvement, the project redefined how PCC delivered value: as a service ecosystem built on accessibility, trust, and accountability.
Reflection
Poster Compliance Center’s transformation illustrated that integration is as much about people as it is about systems. By unifying technology around accessibility and operational transparency, Atlantic Zero helped PCC move from managing compliance to enabling it - turning regulatory obligation into customer empowerment.
