Pro-Invest Group is one of the Asia-Pacific region’s leading hotel investment and management firms, managing a growing portfolio of internationally branded properties. The company needed a digital foundation that could unify its hospitality operations, simplify management across properties, and maintain consistent design and performance standards across dozens of websites. The challenge was that each property’s online presence operated on an independent technology stack, with different vendors, APIs, and data processes. This fragmented ecosystem limited the ability to roll out updates, measure performance, or provide guests with a cohesive experience.

Engagement
Atlantic Zero was engaged to architect a scalable and future-proof digital model for Pro-Invest’s hospitality brands. Our consultants began by conducting a cross-property audit of digital assets, integrations, and dependencies. We worked closely with Pro-Invest’s marketing, operations, and IT teams to define what “scalability” meant across their portfolio - not just in terms of technology, but governance, workflow, and accountability.
We designed and implemented a headless architecture built on Sanity.io, Next.js, and Vercel. This framework decoupled content management from presentation, allowing each hotel property to manage its own pages and content while maintaining centralized oversight and brand integrity. Multiple third-party APIs - including Mews for bookings, Order Up for food and beverage, Rezdy for activities, Revinate for marketing automation, and VoucherCart for gift sales - were integrated into a seamless user experience.
Beyond engineering, Atlantic Zero established operational standards for ongoing management, defining roles for both local property teams and Pro-Invest’s central digital office. Documentation, content governance workflows, and performance dashboards ensured that each future website launch could be executed with minimal friction and maximum consistency.
Outcome
The new digital framework enabled Pro-Invest to deploy new hotel websites in a fraction of the time previously required. The modular structure allowed properties to adapt to local needs while preserving group-wide design and compliance standards. As a result, Pro-Invest gained both operational agility and brand cohesion across its entire hospitality portfolio.
Reflection
Pro-Invest’s project underscored Atlantic Zero’s consultancy belief that scalability is a product of design, not size.
